Dungeon23 - 60/365. Room 60: Third Floor

 

Room 60: Third Floor

Natural Cavern (natural stone walls, roof 10' and floor). Lightning (The sun stops at this layer, the earth becomes a pitch black monster) Smell (Loam, Dirt, dust and ozone reek within this layer). Sounds (Occasionally tapping can be heard from further down the mine shaft. Chanting, shrieking and screeching can be heard from all around in this level). Touch (The walls run like rivers of ground. Some hard and brittle others soft and malleable). Exits (Two exits to the east and west).

The Second floor opens into the third elevator drop off room. Carved passageways have been cut into the wall heading to the east and west (Some with man made tools and others with primitive picks). Swirling geodes, veins of minerals and swarms of precious stones are all around on the walls. In some spots the walls have ran and hardened again, chaos seems to rule this floor

East: An animal totem has been hung upon the eastern wall it constantly drips a black fluid. The opening has a thick rug of fungi and living bone that squirms away from the light.

West: A massive eye has been hung upon the western eye. It slowly follows characters and blinks slowly. The walls around the opening seem to consist of purple spongy flesh.
