Horror Sun Centipede
It buries itself deep down into the skull debris. Clawing, biting, gnashing, chewing, slurping, scratching. A jet black centipede dark demon. Twitching and writhing into the ear of sleeping adventurers, passing along passageways of the mind. Squeezing into the smallest of places. Popping into grey matter putty.
Its clawing clacking chitin hates the eternal sunlight. It flees from the golden rays. Screeches within the sun. Dies within the day. The perfect adaption to survive and thrive is to live within the meal. Affecting the neuron pathways of the host. Guiding them away from sunlight, sharing the same aversion to the golden sky beast.
It rebuilds and reprograms the brain. Snipping and snapping while stitching and swapping. Creating the perfect feeding environment and host.
